【Property Manager】& 【Property Management Assistant】


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting and providing support to property managers with all areas of
    the PM department
  • Assistance with the preparation of accounts and invoicing for end of month
  • Assisting with lease renewal negotiations
  • Scheduling and completing routine inspections
  • Assisting with lease file preparation
  • Action repairs and maintenance requests
  • Communicating with owners, including meeting onsite if required
  • Resolve escalated issues and complaints
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
